All you need is a touch tone phone and a call-direct account on UnitedConnect network. When you wish to make an international call, simply dial the access number provided, wait for the welcome prompt, then dial your destination number. The call direct service also enables you to make follow-on calls and there are online management facilities for account re-crediting, downloading statements, and account information.
When you travel, you can still use the call-direct system by entering your account number after dialling the access number.
